Makeyour desk an area of “essentials only” – including files, papers, and general office supplies Createand use folders for storing hard-copy files Shred/Trash unessential paperwork Form the habit of being tidy - put things back in their place when you are done with them.

Fileinformation according to project, due date, time-frame or a combination of the three • Keepfiles/info used daily within easy reach – store all others • Labelfolders and sort e-files on your computer desktop
-3- Practice Planning
Remember! Planning is a form of subconscious mental programming that makes you more productive. Thus… …if you fail to plan… …you plan to fail!
Program yourself by: • Creatinga to-do list for the day • Ordering items according to importance: Routine, Rush, ASAP • Establishing a working time frame in which each item will be completed • Working toward completing each task according to your timed plan
And by the end of the day… “To-Do” Your list will have become your List. “Done”
