  2. W H A T I S C E R T I F I C A T E A U T H E N T I C A T I O N ? Authentication of certificates is to prove the quality and originality of your certificates or documents. It is very important to submit your authenticated copy of the certificates for a job or higher studies in abroad.

  3. R E Q U I R E M E N T S F O R C A N A D I A N C E R T I F I C A T E A U T H E N T I C A T I O N Documents must be original certificates which contain the original signature and seal Must use a certified true copy or notarized version of documents that has been stamped by Canadian notary

  4. P R O C E D U R E S O F C A N A D I A N A U T H E N T I C A T I O N The documents are initially attested by Notary in presence of a suitable witness After approval from Notary, the document is then sent to Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) for verification. The final step involves approval by Embassy which is the final authority that permits the use of documents in public domain.
