I am the 4th which makes my dad the third and my grandfather the 2nd. My mom, dad and sister all have the initials JCM. The Marshall Profile Curt Marshall

  9. Athletic Background • 4 year varsity starter at RHHS • Recruited to catch for Newberry College by coach Tim Medlin • Have caught bull pen for the Charlotte Knights for 2 years (AAA affiliate for the Chicago White Sox) • Transferred to NGU this year to play baseball Curt Marshall

  10. Goals • To earn my degree in education from NGU • To get drafted to play Major League Baseball • To receive a teaching position in the state of SC • To teach and coach baseball at the high school level Curt Marshall

Teaching Experiences • Served as volunteer at Oakdale and Sylvia Circle Elementary Schools, as well as Castle Heights Middle School in Rock Hill, SC • Served practicum hours at Newberry Middle and Mid Carolina Middle schools in Newberry, SC • Currently teach Sunday school at Aldersgate Methodist Church Curt Marshall

  14. To Sum Me Up… • I guess I am a rather simple individual who loves his family, girlfriend, and baseball. • I also enjoy working with children and can’t wait to become an educator whether or not I am fortunate enough to get drafted. Curt Marshall
