Enhancing Volunteer Engagement: BVA's Strategic Marketing Plan for PHC Collaboration

The Business Volunteer Association (BVA) has been successfully generating volunteers for various events since its establishment in December 2007. This marketing plan seeks to bolster the relationship between BVA and PHC by addressing key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through a comprehensive SWOT analysis. By utilizing strategies such as guerrilla marketing, local fundraising, and effective communication with volunteers, we aim to increase donor engagement and enhance volunteer retention. Our clear and actionable deliverables will ensure a smooth transition from planning to implementation.
