  5. 申請流程 1. Prepare all required documents 2. Obtain the approval from main advisor, director, and dean 3. Submit all documents to CIAE 4. Send out two committee members, assigned by CIAE, for review 5. Interview by two committee members in English or other related languages 6. Final decision

  7. 申請方式與流程 • 鼓勵學生以第一作者, 而指導教授以correspondent的方式, 在國際學術會議發表文章 • Poster: support round-trip airline tickets or with registration fee?? • Oral: support round-trip airline tickets, registration fee, and accommodation?? • Present the research work in public in English one week before departure?? • Option: Evaluated by two independent reviewers • Option: Interview by two committee members in English or other related languages

General Information • Course catalog address: • 2003/05/28 Harvard Medical School Clerkship Exchange Program or http://www.hms.harvard.edu/registrar/app.html • Clerkships are 4 weeks long. • In the FINAL year of medical school • Must fluent in English • Scheduling of electives begins about 2 months prior to the start of a given rotation month

  18. Insurance • HMS provides malpractice insurance, but nor provide personal health insurance • Proof of coverage MUST be in English and cover your entire stay at Harvard.

  19. Tuition • $2,575.00 per month after September, 2003.

  20. Fluency in English • The telephone interview is required • TOFEL is only for reference

  21. VISAS • Tourist visas is enough

  22. Clerkship Documentation Provided by HMS • Once accepted, you will receive a scheduling letter about 2 months prior to the start of a clerkship. Bring this letter with you to Boston
