  2. Abdullah loved the prophet (SAW) so much, that he loved him more than himself. Here are some examples:

  3. #1: Visitations • Abdullah bin Mas’ud had visited the prophet (saw) so often that some had even thought they were relatives!

  4. Abdullah had so much love to the prophet (saw) so much that when he lost consciousness, that was the first thing he asked about.

  5. Ayah on loving Prophet Muhammad (saw) • "The Prophet is preferable for the believers even to their own selves..." (33:6) • This shows that love towards the prophet is highly necessary, and the perfect role model in doing this is Abdullah ibn Mas’ud.
