  1. Blog: Signsationstrc.com WHAT TO KEEP IN MIND WHILE MAKING INTERIOR SIGNAGE Interior signage is what you see when you enter an office, and you see its logo put up on wall. This logo is what represents the company on official documents – it is an important part of the business affairs of any brand. Thus, it needs to be perfectly displayed in all the company offices in full glory. For this purpose, office signage is used. It is important that a company strategically place its signs in a building to enable ease of access for clients. This takes precedence when a multi-storey building houses offices of more companies than one. Custom plaques are designed that work as lobby signs, showing the visitors the way to a certain company’s office. The way a company’s sign has been manufactured also casts an impression on the visitors. A poorly constructed sign which are barely a metal plate will hardly impress any client. If the sign intelligently utilizes the ambient lighting, subtly stands out from the surrounding construction and is easy on the eyes but catchy, impression on the clients is already cast. The placement and size of the sign should be carefully planned. You don’t want it to look too imposing; neither do you want it to stand out like a sore thumb out in the streets. Size of the plaque should be large enough to be discernible from the entry door of the building to the place where the sign is hung. Also, the colours on your logo and the wall behind it should not create a blending effect.
