The entire area was lush with beautiful flowers and greenery. It was pleasant, mild and a little bit cold. However, Nubra Valley was very hot in the afternoons. Details Of Our 9 Days In Ladakh We visited many areas while in Ladakh and ticked off all the popular tourist destinations. Here is a list of the places we visited. 1. Magnetic Hills We visited Magnetic Hills as one of our first activities upon reaching Ladakh package. Other than the magnetic pull of the road, there is very little to see. 2. Gurudwara Patthar Sahib This is a popular spot to visit when you're in the area. You must see the huge rock with Guru Nanak's head embedded on one side and the big food of the demon on the opposite side, who attempted to kill Guru Nanak using that rock. This place was added to our Leh Ladakh itinerary for 9 days. 3. Nubra Valley

  2. Although it was hot, Nubra Valley was great. We were surrounded by beautiful flowers and greenery. We loved our stay in camp and the entire experience. 4. Pangong Lake We did visit the Pangong Lake. Although we camped here, it was too cold to camp there. The serene beauty and complete silence of this area was something we really enjoyed. 5. Tsomoriri Lake It is 220km from Leh. It is well-known for its natural beauty. This lake's beauty left us speechless. This is an area where you can see migratory birds, such as Brahimini Ducks, Bar Headed Gooses, Black Naked Cranes and others. Our Hotels In Ladakh We stayed at multiple hotels and camp during our vacation. This is what our vacation was like. 1. Sand Dunes View Resort This property was a great place to stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. After a tiring day, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. 2. Pangong Delight Camp The camp was very comfortable and enjoyable. It was cold, but it was still a great experience to stay at the camp under the stars. 3. Tsomoriri Lake View hotel The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The stay was wonderful. We enjoyed every bite of the delicious food. How to Reach Ladakh All four of us hail from Dehradun. We flew to Ladakh tour package via New Delhi. Our flight was canceled when we needed to return. Our next flight was from Srinagar. We traveled to Srinagar, and then returned to Delhi. Our Ladakh Trip Budget For two, our budget was INR 20000. This included some of our meals, a few tours and activities we enjoyed as well as some shopping. Shopping In Ladakh

  3. We didn't shop much on the Ladakh bike trip. We just bout a few souvenirs. We decided to not shop as much because the high prices of most things had increased due to heavy tourism. Because the area is famous for its dry fruits, you can purchase them here. However, I would recommend finding a shop that only sells dried fruits and not at exorbitant rates. Ladakh Food Many of our meals were included with our hotel packages. We still enjoyed many of the small-scale restaurants and markets in the area. We loved that momos were made from wheat grain, not maida (white flour). Eben rotis were made from wheat grain. You can also find a variety of cafes in the area and enjoy a cup of tea, coffee or thukpa while you wait. What To Pack For 9 Days Ladakh Trip ● You must have inner thermals ● Windcheaters to protect yourself from the cold winds ● Sunscreen is essential to protect your skin against sunburn ● A basic medication is also necessary Ladakh Travel Tips ● Dyomox Tablet, which aids with low oxygen levels, should be packed ● If you plan to visit Ladakh in August, make sure to pack warm and also summer clothes. ● You might need a permit to visit certain places in the Ladakh group tour. Make sure you get it in advance and bring it with you ● Cash is a must since ATMs are rarely found in the area. ● Do not rush to visit places when planning a Ladakh trip. Explore the area slowly. Our Trip With Capture A Trip CaptureAtrip was a wonderful experience. Everything that was added to our itinerary was top-notch. Everything was perfect, from the hotels and camps to the tours, all of it. The driver was professional and courteous. CaptureAtrip made sure we had a memorable trip. We were very pleased with the way this trip was organized and with the team.
