SMALL FIRE: Project Ranch • Work with MikeyStylez’sPromtional, Greek Life, and Party Tutor • The Ranch Party is a quickly becoming a UCF Halloween tradition. • Every year the fraternities of UCF join together to host one large scale Halloween party at the Ranch. • Red Bull contribution: • Red Bull Tables • Red Bull Wigwam • Red Bull MXT • Three Portable Bathrooms • Halloween Decorations • Photographer (recent graduate) • Station Contribution: • Bartenders • Security • Ice • Alcohol/ Mixers • Appropriate Paper work • Noise ordinance forms • County approval • Neighbor approval

  7. Outcome • There was over 3,000 people that attended the Halloween Ranch Party • Local DJ Pav preformed from the MXT and local DJ Chizzel preformed on the back stage

SMALL FIRE: Project Ranch • There were over 3,200 people in attendance to the party • The door made over $8,000 from a small fee charged for entry • Key Learnings/ Takeaways: • Multiple Door Employees to check people in and insure that no one sneaks into the party • More bartenders and at least two bar backs to ensure that ice and cups do not run out • More Security, possibly off duty cops
