AMCP Announcement • All written materials are due on Friday, January 18th at 11:59pm. • Power point presentation slides are due on Friday, January 25th at 11:59pm. • You must submit all your materials to receive your credit. • Chapter ID number is 1335 • You must put this number in the header before the page number. (top right corner of each page) • Presentation is on Thursday, January 31stat Parks Hall starting at 6pm (6-9pm)

AMCP Announcement • Award Ceremony is going to be on Friday, February 1st at the Biomedical Research Tower (BRT) • H’orderves starting at 4:30pm • Ceremony starting at 5pm • Speaker: Ingrid Ma, Ohio-Kentucky AMCP President & Pharmacy Director at Aetna • Hopefully done by 6pm? -> Finding your Future in 4 Minutes • Keep working hard for those of you who are still in the competition  • Look out for future announcements on officer positions!

  4. Parts A-D • Part A- AMCP/Wellpointcompliance • Report should stand on it’s own without reference to dossier • Strengths • Weaknesses • Cite References used

  5. Parts A-D • Part B • Cite references appropriately • Use of table for analysis and comparison of pivotal clinical trials • Clarity • Concise • Easy-to-read • Part C/D

  6. Powerpoint • Try to keep slides concise • Need to put references on each slide • Make sure recommendation is clear • Use of tables and charts recommended

  7. Presentation • Think about your formulary decision vs. other potential formulary decisions • Try to anticipate the types of questions that you may be asked • Memorize presentation • Be prepared
