Reza Ghazali Office Managing Director, Kuala Lumpur & Senior Client Partner Mr. Reza Ghazali joined Korn/Ferry International as a senior associate in June 1995 and was made Senior Client Partner in June 2000. He assumed the role of Country Head & Managing Director, Malaysia on July 1, 2005. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Mr. Reza’s search practice extends to multinationals and Malaysian conglomerates, especially GLCs across all industries; with a special focus on technology and professional services, where he leverages his expertise in IT consulting, project and process management, training, communications management, business process reengineering, organisation redesign and market research. As the leader of the KL office, he now serves clients across industries as his search work spans across conglomerates with diversified business interest from consumer, industrial, automotive, finance and property. In early 2005, Mr. Reza was made Independent Non-Executive Director for Mesdaq-listed IT services company, Tricubes Computers Berhad. He is also a member of the exclusive Corporate Malaysia Roundtable and Government Relations Committee with American-Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (AmCham). Prior to Korn/Ferry, Mr. Reza spent several years with Andersen Consulting as a Senior Consultant in the Change Management and Strategic services division. Before that, he worked in the Human Resources division of Multi-Purpose Holdings Berhad, where he was also instrumental in setting up the Public Affairs unit. Mr. Reza has also held sales positions with American International Assurance Co. Ltd. He began his career in hotel management and worked in sales and marketing and restaurant operations. Mr. Reza received his early education in Switzerland, earning a Diploma from the Hotel Management School, Bluche-Sur-Sierre. He also holds a B.A. in Economics from Northern Illinois University in the United States.
