This would include inviting the students and their parents to the office for personal counseling. The franchisee would suggest the students various universities being represented by Krishna Consultants for different countries and help them in making a decision. The designate franchisee would be required to attend all calls and inquiries On successful enrollment of the student, the franchisee would ensure Admission Process: that entire documents that are specified are collected from the student. All such documents along with the Application Form for the respective University in the specific country for admissions has to be scanned/couriered by the franchisee to the Head office at Nagpur for processing of the same with the university. Counseling Application Get Admission Get Visa Get Enrolled Get your Commission. Representing Krishna Consultants in the designated territory: to be a representative of Krishna Consultants in the territory designated. The franchisee would be required to keep the Head office updated on competitor activities so as to redefine marketing strategy. The franchisee would therefore work as an extension of the Head office. FRANCHISEE OVERVIEW COACHING ADMISSIONS VISAS OPERATIONAL FLOW OF STUDIES ABROAD ACTIVITY Counseling: solving of any queries etc. Personal counseling to the prospective students by the franchisee office, Coaching: examinations i.e. GRE/ GMAT/ SAT, TOEFL- iBT or IELTS; the scores of which are needed compulsorily as one of the requirements for admission into the particular University of a country. The student, while taking coaching through you can simultaneously do his admission process. The first step towards doing higher studies for the student is to pass the Admission Process: Assisting students in completing the application forms, other documents and forwarding the same to the Head Office at Nagpur. Krishna Consultants will scrutinize the documents and if complete in all respects forward the same to the respective Universities of the specific country. On a generalized basis the University takes two to four weeks to process and send the offer letter to Krishna Consultants. On receipt of the offer letter the same will be emailed / couriered to the franchisee office. The franchisee on receipt of the offer letter should contact & handover the offer letter to the student and guide him for the next stage i.e. to accept the offer, make the part tuition fee payment and thereafter apply for Visa. The franchisee should do the Visa documentation of the student, take approval from Head Office and then submit to the respective High Commission. Once the student secures the Visa the franchisee has to assist the student with Predeparture services such as Foreign Currency, Ticketing & Insurance. l l l l We do not gain until you start making money. l l l www.studies-overseas.com On successful enrollment of the student with the University the franchisee has to raise an invoice to Krishna Consultants for his share of commission. On receipt of the commission from the University, Krishna Consultants will pay the commission or deposit the same in his account after deducting Service Tax and TDS and any charges payable by the franchisee to Krishna Consultants. FRANCHISEE OVERVIEW COACHING ADMISSIONS VISAS REVENUE SHARING Krishna Consultants will immediately make all the payment towards commission share due to the franchisee on receipt of commission from the respective university, by at par cheque, or transferring the money on-line in the franchisee's bank account after deduction of Service Tax and TDS at the applicable rates. On successfully converting an enquiry into the student going abroad through the franchisee and studying with the University by enrolling & paying the fees then per student Krishna Consultants gets commission of 10% to 15% of the 1st year tuition fees. This commission of 10% or 15% as the case may be will be shared amongst the franchisee and Krishna Consultants as under. For USA, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Dubai, Cyprus, Malaysia, Spain, Lithuania, South Africa, Netherlands, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Curacao, Austria and Denmark. FRANCHISEE OVERVIEW COACHING ADMISSIONS VISAS TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BECOME A FRANCHISEE The franchisee should have his well-furnished office with communication facilities like telephone, computer, internet facility etc. The franchisee will have to pay a sum of Rs. 2 Lacs to 5 Lacs + Service Tax towards Franchisee Fees for becoming a franchisee of Krishna Consultants. The franchisee will be required to come down to Nagpur for training of at least 3 to 4 days. During the visit to Nagpur the agreement will be signed and he has to pay the Franchisee fees of Rs. 2 Lacs to 5 Lacs + Service Tax through demand draft in favour of Krishna Consultants. Once the agreement has been signed thereafter his training will be commenced. The traveling and accommodation expense for the trip to Nagpur has to be borne by the proposed franchisee. The franchisee should have or alternatively appoint a counselor, business development executive, and an office boy to run this activity.
