  4. What are some types of bullying? • Physical – pushing, hitting, • Verbal –teasing, name calling, sarcasm • Relational – exclusion and concern over who your friends are and what they think

  6. What is a Role Model? Definition: A person regarded by others, especially younger people, as a good example to follow. How can we be good role models to younger students?

  9. L ook and listen • Can we see how someone is feeling? • How can we tell if someone is listening? • By listening carefully, we can understand better what the problem is and how to fix it and the know the 5 W’s

E xplore points of view • Can a problem be solved in different ways? • Are there 2 sides to every story? • We always want to make sure we have all the information before we make a decision or judge. • Can what we say be misinterpreted? • Especially if we cant see or hear the other person. Ie e-mails or texts?

D id it work? • Ask yourself: • What worked? • What didn’t work? • What could I have done differently? • Asking these questions help us learn, prevents us from making the same mistakes and makes us better leaders! • By listening carefully, we can understand better what the problem is and how to fix it and the 5 W’s

  13. S eek help • Who can we seek help from? • Why is seeking help a good thing to do? • Adults are able to help you solve problems and stop them from recurring.
