  3. 01/ Cause of struck of the cone crusher Cone crusher is often struck caused by some sudden failure of the equipment, which seriously affects the normal production, but also reduces the service life of the equipment and parts.The three phenomena are as follows: 1. Block material and get stuck Too much cone crusher feeding, or feeding properties do not meet the requirements may cause cone crusher block material, so that the cone crusher working electric current is too large, automatic circuit protection and stop the machine, or even may occur cone crusher stuck and forced to shut down the situation. When there is iron ore or other non-breakable materials in the cone crushing chamber, it will also cause the phenomenon of the cone crusher material block or even the device stuck. 2. The main shaft is broken and get stuck Improper use of cone crusher is one of the main reasons for the main shaft is broken. For example, in order to achieve the required fineness of discharge, the discharge port is constantly tightened and non-breakable materials enter into the crushing chamber, producing a cool impact on the main shaft and causing the shaft to break and get stuck. On the other hand, when the cone crusher is broken for a long time in the state of overload, although there is overload protection device, but can not completely avoid the damage caused to the equipment, the shaft is liable to fracture and cause the equipment to get stuck. 3. The moving cone and adjusting sleeve get stuck When the cone is running under load, the adjustment sleeve will rotate with the cone because the lock is invalid due to the pressure loss of the hydraulic station.If the operator does not timely detection, processing, it will cause the phenomenon of adjustment sleeve stuck, resulting in the cone crusher stop. The cause of adjustment sleeve sticking may also be thread lubrication, adjustment cap seal or dust cover seal wear, adjustment sleeve and support sleeve thread abrasion, or cone crusher overload work for a long time.

  4. 02/ How to reduce the wear of cone crusher liner The lining plate is an important part of the cone crusher, and also the main wear-resisting part of the cone crusher.What can be done to reduce liner wear? 1. Reduce the looseness of lining plate.Loose lining plate will cause the relative movement between the lining plate and the cone body, and aggravate the wear.Therefore, soft metal gaskets can be placed between the lining plate and the cone and fastened with bolts to ensure the evenness between them, so as to reduce the phenomenon of break off or wear caused by the loosening of the lining plate. 2. Improve the stress state of lining plate.In order to make every point of the lining plate stressed evenly, often place pad between the lining plate and the cone, such as lead plate, aluminum plate, zinc alloy plate, low carbon steel plate or pouring cement mortar, etc., to ensure the close combination of the lining plate and the cone. 3. Control the particle size of feeding material.During the operation of cone crusher, it should be noted that the materials put into the equipment must meet the crushing requirements, and it is strictly forbidden that the materials with too much hardness, too much moisture or other non-broken materials enter the crushing chamber, otherwise it will cause cone crusher material blocking, serious wear and tear of lining plate and other faults. 4. Uniform feeding.If the cone crusher feeding quantity is not adjusted in time, it will cause the ore to strike the lining plate directly and aggravate the lining plate wear.Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the ore evenly and continuously enters the crushing chamber. 5. Do not overload the equipment.If the cone crusher long - term overload work, will make the liner long - term overload condition.Therefore, it is necessary to avoid overloading the equipment for a long time, reduce the surface stress of the lining board, and select the appropriate fit clearance to reduce the fatigue wear of the lining board. 6. Prevent too high temperature rise of equipment.If the working temperature of the cone crusher is higher, it is easy to make the lining plate produce plastic deformation under the impact and grinding of materials.Therefore, the lubrication of the equipment should be well done to reduce the phenomenon of too high temperature rise of the equipment and reduce the plastic deformation of the lining plate.

  5. 03/ How to reduce cone crusher oil leak The oil leak from the cone crusher will directly affect the lubrication of the equipment, resulting in the failure of the equipment due to poor lubrication. Therefore, the oil leak from the equipment should be reduced in the production.You can start from the following aspects: 1. Ensure the equipment is well sealed The quality of the sealing structure design is related to the sealing effect and the life of the sealing ring.The sealing effect of 0-shape sealing ring depends on the correctness of mounting groove size.Sealing ring installation groove is too deep, the compression of the sealing ring is not enough, can not play a role in sealing, so should be reasonable design and processing of sealing structure, in order to ensure good sealing device. 2. Correctly install the sealing ring to ensure good sealing of the equipment.Do not use angular tools to install the seal ring, to prevent scratching the seal ring, avoid stretching it to the permanent deformation position.The sealing ring can be properly lubricated for installation. 3.Inspection in production Regularly check whether the filter is blocked or damaged, and replace the kinked oil discharge pipeline to ensure the unobstructed oil return pipeline.At the same time, attention should be paid to cleaning the side of the cone broken transmission shaft frame ventilation hood, with compressed air purge transmission shaft frame connected with the long core hole of the hood. Check whether the clearance between the inner wall of the oil tank of the main engine base and the oil baffle ring on the counterweight block is reasonable, so as to prevent the oil from splashing onto each other to form an oil seal, thus causing the cone to break and leak oil.

  6. 04/ Causes of cone crusher seal failure Due to the dust produced in the process of cone crusher, the corresponding sealing device is usually required. However, sealing failure will occur in the production.Reasons for seal failure are as follows: 1. Sealing parts are damaged The seals wear serious. If the gap between the cone crusher parts becomes smaller, the sealing parts will be severely damaged by extrusion deformation.Or in the replacement of part of the wear parts, due to the replacement cycle of the seals and friction parts of the wear cycle is not consistent, the degree of old and new, so that the rubber ring of the sealing pressure increase, local deformation caused by the damage of the seals. 2. Aging of seals.Rubber seal in use by the oil, temperature, time factors, coupled with improper selection of materials to make the sealing ring, easy to appear aging phenomenon, make the sealing ring body elastic, sealing state changes, resulting in equipment sealing failure. 3. Deformation of seals Stress deformation.When the cone crusher the broken wall and the mortar wall breaks the ore, the strong crushing force causes the body to tilt or vibrate, the seal is very easy to deviate from the original motion track and deform, so that the original sealing state changes, resulting in equipment sealing failure. 4.Improper installation.When the cone crusher is in installation, maintenance and replacement of seals, due to incorrect installation, partial deformation of seals occurs, leading to equipment seal failure. 5. Poor lubrication.The friction part is prone to metal particles and ore dust mixing, and there are long- term work in the high temperature environment, so that the lubricating oil deterioration, poor liquidity, seal local resistance increase and lead to deformation.
