2. Rules & Regulations: This membership provides for a reserved starting time on Saturdays and Sundays for the 2014 golf season. The 2014 season begins on Saturday April 12th,Sunday April 13, and continues through Saturday October 25th, Sunday October 26th. There will be no refunds paid by Emerson Golf Club for any reason. Rain checks will only be issued if management makes the decision to close the golf course. Emerson Golf Club reserves the right to use certain measures to keep pace of play moving. Failure to keep pace could result in forfeiture of holes. Repeated incidents may result in the loss of your permanent tee time. This will be strictly enforced. Each group shall designate one person to act as Captain of the foursome. This person will act as the spokesperson for his/her group. If we need to be in contact with your group for any reason he/she will be our contact. Failure to cancel by noon the day before your tee time will result in a full charge for each missing golfer, unless the time can be sold. If cancellation occurs within the allowable time, Management reserves the right to fill your group. Each golfer will be responsible for his/her own slot in the four-some. Each golfer is required to supply name, address, and telephone number along with a valid credit card number and expiration date. These cards will be used if this individual fails to show, cancel within the allotted time, or find a substitute golfer. After the third no-show, Emerson Golf Club will remove the golfers name from the tee sheet for the rest of the season until the invoice is paid in full.
