Its Branch office is located at A-1190, Gali no 21, Shyam Colony, Budh Vihar, Phase-2, New Delhi. Total work force consists of more than 400 workmen and support staff of 40 persons. Our offices are fully computerized to handle statutory compliances.   2. Our Services Housekeeping Services The cleansing staff will be deployed in shifts; majority of them will be in the first and second shift. The cleansing activities will also include the following activities: Identifying user areas and user locations in the building. Recording details of consumable items issued for each location. Recording details of inspections. Recording of cleansing request from client. Recording details of daily cleansing non-compliances. Apart from cleansing activities the cleaning staff will collect all general waste and storage in dedicated storage areas before collection for disposal by vendors. Cleansing activities will be scheduled and supervised to achieve the desired results. The schedules will be predetermined for all corridors, walkways, stair cases, toilets/wash rooms, covered and uncovered car parks, collection of general waste, plant rooms, roof tops, lifts, escalators, and all other common areas.

Electromechanical Services The primary focus of SFMPL is on providing cost effective and timely maintenance programs to ensure better quality of facility management and higher yields through effective equipment performance. Electro-Machinacal Services- Features: Operation & Maintenance of All Installation. HT/LT Supplu & Distribution. Diesel Generator & Power Backup Supply. Breakdown Maintenance Co-ordination with Contract agencies including Third Party Contractors. Energy Conservation. MIS Reporting. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance. Checking & Maintenance of all types of DG sets. Check proper functioning, alignment & vibration. Check DG sets for any abnormal sounds.

Security Services Security Services Provider Delhi The scope of this procedure to ensure security staffs patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and nuisance and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates of the common areas. The services cover complete security services through efficient trained staff backed by required necessary skills and experience with materials and resources. Scope of work: Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and nuisance and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates of the common areas. Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances. Keep vigil of perimeter fence/wall. Manning relevant public entry and exit points with door frame metal detectors, hand held metal detectors to regulate entrance points. Deploy personnel on all floors to control, watch and ward on visitors. Identify and observe/monitor strictly the activities of anti social elements & mischief mongers. To ensure effective / prompt communication of the security staff with Control Room.
