However, there's no reason to start living off medicine and cough drops when there are plenty of natural remedies such herbal teas to boost your immune system and stay fit all season long. But before we start, let’s clear up a major misconception about why people with low immunity are more prone to illness. There is no such thing as catching a cold in fact, cold actually increases your immunity. So why do more people get sick? It's because we tend to expose each other to germs and viruses. It's nothing you can't beat with a little healthy diet and strong immune system.
