  1. Practice Makes Perfect: Myth or Reality for Becoming a Great Shooter? Basketball is a game of mind and body. Therefore, grasping the knowledge of shooting techniques is important to becoming a great basketball shooter. But this is not an easy task, as various myths surround us. The popular term ‘practice makes perfect’ is frequently used in this game. But is it true or a myth? Get your answer here, and use the techniques mentioned to become a great shooter. Master the mechanics of the basketball shot The coaches are responsible for assisting the players in perfecting their technique. Having excellent mechanics on your basketball shot is essential for two reasons: (1) shots with good technique are much easier to improve and (2) shooting flaws are complicated to correct once they become ingrained in the player's habit. Despite this, great shooters have been produced who did not have excellent shooting mechanics. Several Clever Repetition - Player Accountability Shooting a lot of smart repetitions is the second and last phase. Let us say that again: a lot. Here's where the basketball passing machine player needs to step up and take

  2. responsibility for improving as a shooter. Coaches cannot always be there for players when they are shooting. Take note of how we purposefully used the term "smart" in that phrase. No matter how many repetitions they put in, your players won't improve as shooters if they are just tossing threes at the playground without any thought put into their technique. It requires intentional, well-considered practice. So, practice can make you perfect, this option proves this. Also, it entails planning your workout before you visit the playground. Going to the practice grounds and keeping track of your shots, just as the world's top shooter does, can help you determine whether you're improving and give you something to aim for all the time. Go to the practice grounds and keep working on your game-winning shots. We are not telling athletes they must work out and shoot a thousand shots daily. The advice you can take is that players vary greatly based on their age and ambitions. However, one thing is sure—they have to be game shots taken at game pace from game places. So, practice more with ball machine basketball under an efficient coach and make your shots better. 'Practice makes perfect' term is not a myth at all.
