  4. Remarks on Ansaldo measurements • The oil has reached a max temperature of 242º C. This is about 12 º C higher than the normal value. • It is possible to re-scale the temperature seen by the coil to a “normal” oil temperature thanks to the correlation between oil temperatures and max temperatures measured during the cycles

  5. Therefore…. We can consider that the max coil temperature for a max oil temperature of 230° C would be about 7.5 ° C less, it means a max temperature of 222 ° - 223 ° C

  6. From Ansaldo dummy • If we estimate the error between coil and sensor in the mould starting from the Ansaldo dummy and we apply such error to the Ansaldo’ s mould measurements during the tests we get: N.B. the error increase with temperature therefore we are probably underestimating it
