  3. Three Basic Planning Steps • Identify and prioritize issues • Brainstorm and prioritize solutions • Take action on these solutions – the “who”, the “what” and the “when”

  4. Name The Group • Using any combination of: this is the way it is • You can use words more than once; you do not need to use every word • You have 5 minutes!

  5. Step One Identify & Prioritize Issues

  6. Step Two Brainstorm & Prioritize Solutions (Concrete Actions: “the what” of the solution)

  7. Step Three Taking Action • Are the proposed actions reasonable? • What resources (human and financial) do they require? • Identify the “who”, the “when” and the “how”

  8. Action Plan Areas • Tasks that need to be done (include any milestones & completion date) • Trusted servants responsible for completing tasks. • Resources that are needed.
