  • 1st Coaching Session: Review Charter, Wastes, and Walk the Project’s Process
    • Post Coaching Homework:
      • Finalize Charter & Gain Mgmt Buy-in with Signatures
      • Draft a Very Basic Flow Chart of Your Process is Applicable
      • Prepare 10 min Progress Briefing

    • In Class: Start VSM with Process Steps and Draft Data Boxes and Data Sources & Look for Root Cause of Problem Statement
    • Homework: Draft Current State VSM with Real Data & Sources
  • 2nd Coaching Session:
    • Review Charter, Wastes, VSM, Data, and Sources.
    • ID and Fill in Gaps.
    • Perform Root Cause Analysis.
    • Post Coaching Homework:
      • Re-walk the Process
      • Validate Measures and Data
      • Finalize Charter & Prepare 10 min Progress Briefing

    • Future State Value Stream Mapping (VSM)

      • Start Future State VSM with Process Steps, Draft Data Boxes, and Data Sources
      • Draft Action Plan with Ties to Corporate Strategy, Action Items, Action Officers, Milestones and Metrics
    • Homework:
      • Draft Future State VSM with Projected Data and Sources
      • Draft Action Plan
      • Draft Final Briefing
