  2. Objectives By the end of the session colleagues will have: • Considered who they want to be in the classroom • Explored what/ and or who has inspired them to teach • Had an opportunity to consider their own vision as teacher • Shared some top tips for being the teacher they want to be

  3. Task ~ In pairs What has brought you into teaching and what is keeping you here? What is your vision for you as a teacher? What do you want your classroom to be like? What does that mean, if you are going to turn your classroom into that vision? What actions are you going to take?
