  3. HarlemWorld 3 His start The beginning of Mase was very hard. At the age of 16-17, he become a drug dealer. At school, his friends and he sang rap music just for the fun of it. Because of this, he stopped taking drugs and alcohol. Mase realized one day that he had to take his life seriously, so he decided to become a rap artist.

  4. HarlemWorld 4 Biography Mason Durell Betha was born on August 27th, 1978 in Jacksonville, Florida. He is one of 6 kids and he has a twin sister named Stasson. His first dream was to play in the NBA and rapping was his second dream. His first rap group was called “Children Of The Corn” featuring Cam’Ron. He went to see Puff Daddy to be in the Bad Boy Family. Puffy welcomed Mase by buying him a brand new Mercedes.

  5. HarlemWorld 5 Futur plans Mase plans to release his second “ Double Up” in the fall of 1999. He has currently started up his own label entitled “ All Out Records”, within the Bad Boy label. (So no, Mase hasn’t left Bad Boy !) MA$E

  6. HarlemWorld 6 Our appreciation All three of us chose Mase because we really enjoy his talent. Since we started listening to his music, it was like we fell in love with him. Mase has taken a big part of the rap industry and he is really appreciated by young teenagers all over the world. Finally, we hope that you loved our presentation and also hope that you learned interesting things about the fabulous Ma$on Betha !!!
