  4. COMPANY OVEVIEW Summary of main activities Sigong media Co., Ltd. was formed in 2002 to take over the administration, operation, maintenance and development of parent company SIGONG TECH. The company provides specialized digital contents including exhibition visual media, 3D/4D ride films, images and video clips in Korea. It is a leading specialized digital content provider in the country and also provides exhibition hardware technology for the planning, installation and operation of over 70% museums and exhibition halls in Korea. Sigong media has been preparing for entering Educational service markets to inaugurate the era of powerful visual based information service. Organizational structure Sigong media was spun off as an independent digital contents business group from SIGONG TECH in Feb 2002 and acquired SIGONG TECH’s know-how and visual sources (video clips and images). In the meantime, SIGONG TECH has shown astonishing performances on exhibition, museum and theme park industries in Korea, since 1988. SIGONG TECH listed on KOSDAQ (Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotations) in Aug 1999.
