Important Deadlines • Contact Information – On Site Representatives • Name and Title • Office and Mobile phone numbers • E-mail Address • Send information to epeters@himss.org • Badge Registration: June 10th, 2014 • Send information for badge registrants to Elizabeth Peters • epeters@himss.org • Success Story/White Papers: Final Copy June 10th, 2014 • If you have not submitted a draft, please contact Elizabeth Peters • epeters@himss.org

Onsite Logistics • Arrive: Monday June 16th, 2014 • Sandy Vance will direct you to the Education Wall for White Paper/Success Story placement • Set-up/Testing: Monday June 16th, 2014 5:00pm-9:00pm • Set-up/Pre-Show Run Through: Tuesday June 17th, 2014 6:30am-8:30am • Exhibition Open: Tuesday June 17th, 2014 9:00am-6:00pm • Move Out: Tuesday June 17th, 2014 6:00pm-9:00pm

Other Onsite Logistics • Kiosk will include: • 24” Monitor • One Station • Two Electrical Outlets • Wireless Internet • Company Signage • Staffing of Kiosk • Copies of White Paper/Success Story – Education Wall • Handouts in individual kiosks – In order to keep our tours timely, we prefer that you do not hand out items in your kiosk. • Docent lead tours • VIP Tours • Schedule through Elizabeth Peters
