  7. SBN Oversight Board Meeting Items • Meeting tomorrow – agenda: https://indico.fnal.gov/event/19268/ • Single SBN Collaboration proposal discussion • Rather than proceeding with data sharing and publication agreements/rules between the Near and Far Detector groups, immediately start the process to dissolve the current collaborations and form a new single collaboration • One motivation: There are currently groups that are not a member of ICARUS nor SBND R.J.Wilson | ICARUS IB Meeting

  8. SBN Transition to Operations (TtO) Plan • Summary of 27 February 2019 meeting organized by Peter Wilson Agenda: o Introduction to Operating Expts at Fermilab - Steve Brice o Example: MicroBooNE Operations Organization Update - Sam Zeller o Run Coordinator Role on MicroBooNE - Mark Ross-Lonergan o Experiment Liaison Officer (ELO) Role - Carrie McGivern o Discussion https://sbn-docdb.fnal.gov/cgi-bin/private/DisplayMeeting?conferenceid=4809 • Possible ICARUS Operations Readiness Review (ORR) in early fall • cf. MINERvA ORR Oct 17-18 2016: https://indico.fnal.gov/event/13047/ • One of the required documents is an Experiment Operations Plan (EOP) • c.f. MINERvA EOP https://indico.fnal.gov/event/13047/material/7/ • Will start working on this • Need a collaboration level-of-effort census • SBN TtO team to begin meeting regularly • Angela Aparicio, Angela Fava, Claudio Montanari, Cat James, Barry Norris, Wesley Ketchum, Carrie Lynne McGivern, Ornella Palamara, Bob Wilson, Peter Wilson R.J.Wilson | ICARUS IB Meeting

R.J.Wilson | ICARUS IB Meeting

  10. SBN + ICARUS Collaboration meetings • ICARUS collaboration meetings: frequency, format, dates • Last December IB – March 2019 mentioned, perhaps close to the Neutrino Telescopes Workshop in Venice • Too much interference with installation activities • Frequency: 1, 2, 3, more times per year? • Format: # days, plenary vs. parallel mix • Dates for next one to two CMs • Known conflicts: DUNE (May), SBND (late June in Michigan), CR travel • June 12-14 at FNAL? (SBN OB meeting is June 14) • IB meetings • Monthly, Bi-monthly, …, as needed? R.J.Wilson | ICARUS IB Meeting
