Rapid growth What proportions make up the segments or is there a better way to segment to focus improvements and support What part does the regulatory framework play in our success? New people to train What are our current areas of excellence and how do we make better use of them? Foreign workers Building on what we are doing well as World leaders Need to get over “not invented here syndrome” What part can the professional parts of the industry play in influencing and supporting the difficult to reach parts of the industry? The industry image is disproportionately impacted upon by the minority Build on what we have - collaborate How do we share the work out How do we eat the elephant? What is Government’s role in dealing with the unregulated sector? ConIAC is good at tasks but can be slow for good reasons – how can the CLC support ?
