    5. Seminar, Workshop, Conference Attend local seminars, conferences and workshops Present the paper in local conferences jointly with a senior colleague then try to present solely. Attend national and international seminars, conferences and workshops

    6. Cont… Present the paper in national and international conference. Contribute articles in internal college newsletter/in- house journal. Write a conceptual paper first to begin with then try for a research based paper. Involve your students in these activities so that learning of students take place.

    8. Cont… Contributing articles to local/national/international magazines Contribute research papers to local journal/national/international journals Articles/research papers should be written jointly with senior colleague and then solely.
