  2. 2013 Leg Session • HB 1245 • Made $1 rec registration fee permanent • Can’t sell agency-owned vessels in poor condition • Decriminalized vessel registration • Owners of boats >40 years old and >65’ long conduct an inspection prior to sale or face potential secondary liability.

  3. 2013 Continued • Private moorage facilities may require min bid or line of credit when auctioning vessels. • Up to $200,000 of program funding for Vessel Turn-in Program • Boarding authority language added.
