  3. Double collector numbers Do you really know your own location address?? 250 location errors, 150 had to be rung up again! 2004 (2200) 2005 (4200)

  5. 2005 - Allocate 50 houses per collector - nearest, contiguous, street segments - to pack them in where dense - to reduce the variability - to be clever, to prove that GIS…
