Also… interaction with users • The target • The level of satisfaction with the statistics quality by 70%in 2009 • The satisfaction with the statistics quality at the level of leading EU countries - 85 %by 2011 • The current situation • 35.5% of users consider official statistical data fully reliable (1076 respondents) • 66.2 %of users are satisfied with the Agency’s work (962 respondents) • In 2007 about 50% of respondents of the sample survey (2000+ persons) were fully satisfied with the Agency’s work
