Who is L+R Hotels? • London + Regional Properties, the parent company of L+R Hotels, was created by our Chairmen Richard and Ian Livingstone in 1990. • The company has become one of Europe’s largest privately owned property firms, with a worldwide investment and development portfolio of approximately £9bn. • Starting with small commercial properties, we have created our international investment portfolio by consistently focusing on perceptive investment and constant development. • In 2019, L+R made the move to bring all operating hotels together under a single management team with dedicated experts underneath the umbrella company “L+R Hotels”. Our portfolio • We own and manage an extensive hotel portfolio, including some of the world’s most respected, prestigious and profitable four and five star hotels and resorts, in example Fairmont Monte-Carlo, Hilton Park Lane London, Pullman Miami, Amathus Beach Resort Rhodes, etc. as well as our 50Holiday Inn Express hotels across the UK. • Approximately 18,000 rooms across 90 hotels in the UK, Continental Europe, the US and the Caribbean. • L+R Hotels comprises: • Iconic Luxury Hotels – Cliveden House, Chewton Glen, The Lygon Arms and 11 Cadogan Gardens • Atlas Hotels – Holiday Inn Express and Hampton by Hilton • City Hotels – The Trafalgar St. James, Strand Palace, Columbus Monte-Carlo, Le Meridien Barcelona, etc. • Destination (Country/Beach/Resort) Hotels – Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa Hampshire, Fairmont Royal Pavilion Barbados, Excelsior Venice Lido, Grayshott Health Spa England, etc. • We also enjoy hotel brand relationships, including with Accor, Marriott, Nobu, Hilton, Melia, Hard Rock and the Intercontinental Hotel Group. L+R Hotels Internships • Operational • A fulfilling and exciting opportunity to observe and play a key role in the daily operations of a world-leading hotel, gaining practical skills in areas such as Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, HR, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, etc. • Project Management Internships • Gain valuable insights and experience at a world-leading hotel, working alongside a manager (e.g. General Manager, Restaurant Manager or Sales Manager, depending on the hotel’s requirements).
