May 11 IGTF Meeting • Concentrated on Issues List • IAGs during Mass Transition or CR has left the market • Team recommendation to use “Dear Occupant” process • Reliant and PUCT to bring more info • MVI Fees during IAG • TDSPs charging MVI fee to Inadvertent CR • Developing process to charge MVI fee to CR who sends a MVO

May 11 IGTF Meeting • TDSP agreement on MT Issues • Oncor will not press “Agree” until the EDI is received • Minimal reporting needed to get CRs involved • TDSPs to provide short-term reporting to PUCT until MarkeTrak Enhancements put in • Leapfrog Scenarios • AEP & CNP agreed to consider offering under certain circumstances

May 11 IGTF Meeting • Backdating after 13 days • Revise RMG to obligate CRs to date agreed to in MT issue • Backdated greater than 180 days • TDSPs will create language to limit to 150 days • IAGs during DNP Status • Staff to follow-up but likely that Customer must be re-noticed prior to disconnect • Customer vs. Premise • Staff to provide clarification on whether CRs must take back if Customer longer at Premise
