  31. No community service hours will be counted • Attendvolunteer general meeting and department training session. • Beavailable to help anytime • Arrive on time (8:30am). Sign in pick up your name tag • Model appropriate behavior at all times. • Show your care • Share your time and attention • Walk with your group • Visit youth lounge with only limited time • No games, toys, texting while with kids What need to know? Smile! Smile! We are here to serve the Lord! Let his light shine through you!

  32. Restroom Breaks • All children must be escorted to and from the restroom. • Teachers/helpers stands at restroom entrance, propping door open with back. • Choose a transition for a group break.

  33. Volunteers’ lounge • Set up with beverages and snacks. • Visits lounge with limited time. • Youth helpers need get permission form leaders. • Please leave all drinks and food in lounge • Enjoy!

  34. Do not leave a rotation early. “Time Fillers” can be used to fill time as needed. • Group guides need to walk your group to and from activities. • Be on time to each station. • Use transition time to practice song sand memory verses. • Group guides need to stay with your group at each station to assist in activities and crowd control.   36. Friday’s Dinner Session • 5:00pm -- 5:30pm Students  will  be  gathered  back  into 6 groups watching  slide  shows @ Youth Center • 5:30pm -- 6:00pm Dinner for Students @ Youth Center

Violator will be asked to change or drop out of program ❌NO  spaghetti  straps   ❌NO  midriff  tops  or  dresses.   ❌NO  ripped  off  sleeves.   ❌ Shorts  of  modest  length  are   acceptable.  NO  SHORT  SHORTS.   ØThe  dress  code  is  enforced  at  all   times.  Participants  are  to  abide   by  the  dress  code  at  ministry   sites  (CCCFC  campus).
