  2. HOTEL RESERVATIONS must be made, individually, by May 8th Individual Reservations: Attendees must call in their room reservation requests directly to the Plaza Ocean Club Hotel, 386.239.9800. You must identify yourself as attending the FDLE Reunion in order to re- ceive the Group Rate of $99.00 per night. All reservations must be made by May 8, 2010. Any reservation after this date will be accepted on a space available basis only and the Group Rate may no long apply. The Parking Fee at the Hotel is waived. Individual Reservation Guarantee: All individual reservations of a room allocated to the Group Reservation Blockmust be guaran- teed. To guarantee a reservation, the hotel requires an advance deposit equal to one night’s stay, paid by check or credit card. The individual agrees to waive any chargeback to their credit card. Any check tendered must include the individual’s date of birth, driver’s license number and state. If an individual cancels less than seven (7) days prior to arrival date, or does not check in before 12:00am (midnight) on the first day, they will forfeit their first night’s room and tax and their room will be released. Billing: Each individual will be responsible for all of their own room, tax and incidental (*) expenses Upon departure. The Hotel will accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, Dis- Cover, Traveler’s Checks, Personal Checks and Cash for payment. Personal checks may only be submitted as payment prior to the cutoff date (May 8th) and will not be accepted at checkout. (*) Incidentals include, but are not limited to, food, beverages, telephone, in-room movies, in- room electronic charges, recreation, retail shop and Ocean Waters Spa expenses.

  3. SCHEDULE AND PROGRAM dress is casual tropical for all three days Friday – June 4th 6:00pm to 11:00pm ● Arrive and check in at the Plaza Ocean Club Hotel at your convenience. The Osprey Hospitality Room will be available with an open bar, snacks and beverages. Registration, Name Tags and Door Prize Tickets will be provided. ● plan to come and have a great time with your old friends ● Saturday – June 5th 8:00am to 10:00am ● Continental Breakfast will be available in the Osprey Hospitality Room. muffins, pastries, coffee and camaraderie 10:00am to 2:00pm Free time. ● spend time on the beach, poolside or find a tee time for golf; do some shopping; lunch at a seaside restaurant or check out the Hotel spa 2:00pm to 6:30pm ● Memorabilia/FDLE Display/Items for Sale/Beverages and Snacks in the Osprey Hospitality Room.
