  2. Helsinki The meeting will take place in Helsinki which is the capital and the largest city in FINLAND. It is located in the southern part of Finland, on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, by the Baltic Sea. Temperatures By the beginning of October temperatures are around 10 - 15°C in southern Finland. In Helsinki sunrise occurs around 6.15 am and sunset falls around 8.30 pm. More information about the weather is available at www.foreca.fi.
