5. Process – Single Recharge (Corporate) • Purchase designated number of Easy Fuel cards by applying on standard Easy Fuel Application Form • Make payment towards Cost of each card • Cost of Card (add 10% service tax and 3% education cess on ST) • Validity of these cards will be 6 months or exhausting of amount on the card whichever is earlier Fuel Reimbursement/Gifting was never so Convenient & Secure

6. Process – Single Recharge (Corporate) • Validity of these cards will be 6 months or exhausting of amount on the card whichever is earlier • Corporate’s name can be captured on the card • Define no. of cards and card-wise denomination on the application form • Card wise Limits will be set based on the above Fuel Reimbursement/Gifting was never so Convenient & Secure

7. Process – Single Recharge (Corporate) • IndianOil will create a virtual bank account in HDFC Bank • Make payment to IndianOil for the amount to be charged to the cards through this virtual bank account • After receipt of cards Logon to our website www.iocxtrapower.comusing unique login id and password • Confirm allocation of amount to each card in line with the denomination defined in the application form Fuel Reimbursement/Gifting was never so Convenient & Secure

8. Process – Single Recharge (End Customer) • Card holder approaches petrol pump and activates his card by changing default PIN (0000) to his own 4-digit PIN • Requests petrol pump to transfer the amount on to his card • Purchases Fuel or Lubricants for the amount on the card • Transaction slip is generated for every transaction Fuel Reimbursement/Gifting was never so Convenient & Secure

9. Process – Multiple Recharge (Corporate) • Purchase Easy Fuel cards with multiple recharge facility on a one-time basis for distribution to employees / channel partners / stakeholders using standard Easy Fuel Application Form • Make payment towards cost of each card @Rs.110.30/- per card inclusive of service tax • These cards will have a validity of 3 years • Corporate’s name can be captured on the card • Provisioning of capturing Names of the employees/channel partners on the respective cards Fuel Reimbursement/Gifting was never so Convenient & Secure

10. Process – Multiple Recharge (Corporate) • IndianOil will create a virtual bank account in HDFC Bank • After receipt of cards, make payment to IndianOil for the amount to be charged to the cards through the virtual bank account • Logon to our website www.iocxtrapower.com using unique login id and password • Check whether money deposited in the virtual A/C has been credited to your account • Allocate amount to each card as per requirement Fuel Reimbursement/Gifting was never so Convenient & Secure

11. Process – Multiple Recharge (Corporate) • Payment of incentives/fuel payment to employees/channel partners on a periodic basis • Repeat the process of crediting your Xtrapower Easy Fuel account through HDFC Bank as and when required • Repeat process of logging on to the website and allocate amount to the cards for the designated amount Fuel Reimbursement/Gifting was never so Convenient & Secure

12. Process – Multiple Recharge (End Customer) • Card holder approaches petrol pump and activates his card by changing default PIN (0000) to his own 4-digit PIN • Requests petrol pump to transfer the amount on to his card • Purchases Fuel or Lubricants up to the amount on the card • Transaction slip is generated for every transaction • Repeats process as per his requirement • Individual card holders can be given access to view their accounts on www.iocxtrapower.com Fuel Reimbursement/Gifting was never so Convenient & Secure

13. Process – Remittance of funds • IndianOil will create a virtual account with HDFC Bank • Corporates can transfer money to this virtual account through RTGS/NEFT/Cheque Deposit in CMS Branches of HDFC Bank • Upon receipt of clear funds this amount gets credited to your Easy Fuel Account (Customer ID) Fuel Reimbursement/Gifting was never so Convenient & Secure
