  3. Eviction Prevention • If you live in Malden and you are at risk of eviction, you may be eligible for eviction prevention assistance. Inquiring households must be comprised of at least 1 parent/guardian and 1 dependent child. HFI is a family-centered agency that only serves families. There are income eligibility requirements to be considered for this program.Please call Housing Families at (781) 322-9119 and ask for our eviction prevention program to inquire if you are eligible for our eviction prevention services
