  2. 立 定 跳 远 第一步:上体前倾,两臂由后向前摆动,两腿随之弹性屈伸

  3. 立 定 跳 远 第二步:两臂向前用力摆,两脚用力蹬地,展体跳出。

  5. 立 定 跳 远 第四步:落地时脚跟先着地

  6. 立 定 跳 远 第五步:两腿自然屈膝,维持平衡

  7. 立定跳远:两脚稍分开自然站立,上体稍前倾,两臂后举。数“一”时,两臂向前上方摆,同时两腿自然地做弹性屈伸一次。数“二”时,两臂于前上向下回落后摆,两腿再自然地做弹性屈伸一次。数“三”时,两臂向前上方用力摆,同时两脚用力蹬地,迅速向前上跳出。落地时以脚跟先着地, 同时两腿自然屈膝,维持平衡。
