  2. Mission Statement Our mission is to stimulate and develop employee interest in community involvement, professional development, and social networking by introducing the early career professionals (0 - 5 year employees) to resources within the company and community. Lockheed Martin Proprietary

  3. Vision The vision of SHAPE is to realize the mission by doing the following: a. Community Involvement:§         Speakers at Local Schools§         Science Team Mentors (ie. FIRST)§         National Engineering Week§         Community service activities  b. Professional Development:§         Lunch and Learn§         Peer Mentoring§         Speed Networking§         Communication about rotational programs • c. Social Networking:§         Cultural Night§         Weekend Trips (Ski/Snowboarding, Rafting, etc)§         League Sports (a SHAPE Team for Volleyball, Softball, etc) §         Intra-company networking socials (Boeing, Dynetics, etc)§         Communication of Non-SHAPE events (i.e. HYP) Lockheed Martin Proprietary
