OUR PROJECTS: INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIONING OF THE NOVY URENGOY GAS AND CHEMICAL COMPLEX (NUGCC) The nameplate capacity of NUGCC is up to 400 thousand tons of low-density polyethylene, but it also has the capacity to increase annual production up to 1.2 million tons. Additionally, the plant can produce up to 420 thousand tons of wide-fraction hydro carbons and up to 1.48 billion cubic metresof methane particles annually. To supply the production facility with electric and thermal power, a 120 MW gas turbine power plant (GTPP) is being built on the grounds of the complex Location: Yamalo-Nenetsky Autonomous Region Project timeline: 2008 - 2012 10
  11. RECONSTRUCTION OF HELIUM PLANT FACILITIES OF GAZPROM DOBYCHA ORENBURG LLC The helium plant of GazpromDobycha Orenburg LLC is a complex gas enterprise, which extracts and processes natural gas. The plant carries out gas decontamination from mercaptansulphur simultaneously with gas dehydration, further processing the gas to produce helium, ethane fraction and liquefied hydrocarbon gases. Following a severe accident in 2004, the plant was reconstructed and modernized in only 18 months. In 2009 VIS CG began construction work on the IV pilot complex, which consists of a central plant laboratory and a general administrative wing. Location: Orenburg Project timeline: 2004 - 2010 11
  12. RECONSTRUCTION OF THE ORENBURG GAS PROCESSING PLANT (OGPP) VIS CG was the General Contractor of the project of reconstructing a number of technical facilities. The project also envisages the technical overhaul of stage III of the Plant for the purpose of consumption of gas extracted from the Karachaganak oil and gas condensate field. The main products of OGPP are: purified gas (hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan removed), mercaptan gas, stable condensate, ethane fraction, liquefied hydrocarbon gases, sulphur, odorants, pentane-hexane fraction. CONSTRUCTION OF THE EMERGENCY RESTORATION TRAIN DEPOTS OF GAS TRANSMISSION PIPELINES FOR GAZPROM TRANSGAZ MOSCOW VIS CG carries out the construction and commissioning of the emergency restoration train depots of three gas transmission pipeline administrations of GazpromTransgaz Moscow LLC. Emergency restoration trains are special facilities manned by highly-skilled personnel and fitted out with special - road-building, lifting and welding -equipment. They also include a production testing laboratory, which conducts nondestructive testing of butt welds in the course of carrying out welding operations. OUR PROJECTS: ENERGY FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION MODERNIZATION OF RYAZAN STATE REGIONAL POWER STATION (GRES) The project of constructing a 110 MW gas turbine block above the existing 310 MW power block was aimed to improve the technical and economic efficiency of the facilities by implementing modern gas turbine technology. VIS CG has carried out general and preparatory construction work, built chief and auxiliary structures, assembled metal works, crane mechanisms, as well as engineering and safety systems. In June 2010, following the completion of all contracted work and successful trial runs, the power station was put into operation. Location: Ryazan Region Project timeline: 2008 - 2010

MODERNIZATION OF KIRISHI STATE REGIONAL POWER STATION (GRES) Modernization of Energy Block No. 6 using PGU800 steam and gas installation envisages usage of two gas turbines (approximate capacity of 260 - 280 MW) and upgrading the existing 240 MW steam turbine. The GTU SGT 54000 F is a state of the art gas turbine. This is a one of a kind project in the Russian energy sector, as this modern solution has not been employed elsewhere in the country yet. Presently, the established capacity of Energy Block No. 6 is 300 MW. The block will be directly connected to the cycle of the steam gas plant, as a result of which its capacity will increase to 800 MW. Location: Leningrad Region Project timeline: 2008 - 2011 15

CONSRTUCTION OF POWER GENERATING UNIT NO. 9 OF THE NOVOCHERKASSK GRES POWER PLANT The project is implemented in accordance with the investment strategy of OGK-6 (Sixth Generating Company of the Wholesale Electric Power Market OJSC) for 2006-2010. 330 MW coal-fired power generating unit No. 9 is unique in that its boiler plant will, for the first time in Russia, use the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) technology. This technology will make it possible to meet the high requirements of the European standards for harmful substance emissions. Under the agreement VIS CG is performing as general contractor including carrying out the full range of building and installation works, and commissioning. RECONSTRUCTION OF A 400 KW PACKAGE TRANSFORMER SUBSTATION IN SLOVAKIA The project provides for expanding and upgrading the substation in order to adapt it to the conditions of the transmission grid after the final shutdown of units 1 and 2 of the Bohunice Nuclear Power Plant and includes design, installation, start-up, and commissioning of the facility. German concern Siemens AG is the principal supplier of equipment for the project. The project is being implemented with the financial participation of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Location: Lemesany (Slovakia) Project timeline: 2010 – 2011 17

OUR PROJECTS: CIVIL CONSTRUCTION THE COMPEX OF BUILDINGS FOR GAZPROM DOBYCHA ORENBURG LLC The complex includes office building, industrial medicine clinic, Culture and Sport Center “Gazovik”, underground parking, canteen, diesel-powered and transformation substations, and a leisure zone with parks and walkways. The office building is the tallest in Orenburg (78 metres,18 storeys) erected in compliance with advanced construction and architectural standards: the building's facades were constructed in using exclusive double glazing technology in combination with natural stone cladding.   19. OFFICE BUILDING FOR GAZPROM DOBYCHA NOYABRSK LLC The administrative and residential complex consists of two blocks: a five-storey block with an atrium and a two-storey block. The blocks are linked by a two-storey junction with a walkway. The complex includes a hotel with a fitness center, sauna and swimming pool, underground parking, assembly hall, first aid room with a dentist's office, and an automatic telephone station for 1,000 telephone numbers. The complex was designed to create 250 workplaces. The construction is being carried out under the adverse climate conditions of the far north. Location: Noyabrsk Project timeline: 2008 - 2011 19
  20. VOLGA AND KUTUM RIVERSIDE PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT The project was initiated in recognition of Astrakhan's 450thanniversary. The Volga embankment was significantly widened and divided into ceremony square near the Wedding Palace and a promenade and leisure zone of 1.5 kilometres. New landscape design was implemented and new fountains and statues were installed. The embankment was faced with pink granite. Location: Astrakhan Project timeline: 2006 - 2010

IMPROVEMENT OF THE VOLGA AND KOTOROSL RIVERSIDE IN YAROSLAVL The project was timed to coincide with the 1000thanniversary of founding the city of Yaroslavl and provided for improving the grounds and planting greenery at Yaroslavl’s Spit, the grounds around the Cathedral of the Dormition and a segment of the embankment of the Kotorosl River. In the process of the reconstruction, the broad promenade walkway was widened by 6 to 8 metres. The grounds were paved with granite, tree and shrub compositions were planted, a vertical garden was built, decorative and functional lighting was installed on the grounds, bank protection work was carried out, the walking path was paved, pedestrian railings were provided, the parapets were faced with granite, and a storm water drainage system was installed. The President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev visited the renovated embankment. “It has turned out very nice, very beautiful indeed,” the President noted.   22. ARCHITECTURAL AND ARTISTIC LIGHTING OF THE ASTRAKHAN TELEVISION TOWER There is nothing like this advanced one of a kind lighting system in all of Russia. It features five subsystems, which can work independently of each other, but also in unison. A complex and unique control system has been developed, with over 80 channels which allow it to run tens of lighting scenarios to either light up the tower in a static or dynamic manner. The most state of the art technology was used in this project, including color-diode energy efficient bulbs. The equipment is fully weatherproof and protected from any atmospheric effects. The project was commissioned for the 450th anniversary of Astrakhan. Location: Astrakhan Project timeline: I - II quarters of 2010
  23. RECONSTRUCTION OF THE A. PUSHKIN CHILDREN'S HEALTH CENTER The project envisages dividing the health center into several zones: an administrative zone, a sports zone, and two zones for accommodating primary and high school age children. The project also includes construction of a multipurpose sports and entertainment center with a cinema, covered sports complex, canteen, library, and an internet club. The health center also is to feature a summer theater, open air and roofed swimming pools, and sports fields. The complex will also include areas designed for dancing, bonfire, and fountains. The General Plan also includes construction of the administrative building and housing for service staff, as well as landscaping and site finishing.
