  1. Employee Key Goal and Responsibility Setting in Workday This job aid provides high-level information for employees on how to use Workday to set key goals and responsibilities. For detailed information visit: www.ActavisPMP.com 1 2 Login to Workday and do the following: 1 Click on the Performance icon. 3 2 Click Goals. Goals can be added under the tab Personal Goals. 3 5 Click on Edit to add a new goal or amend an existing goal. 4 Click on the plus sign to record details of 4-5 key goals and responsibilities. Read the help text before completing the form. 5 4 Align your goals with your organizational goals under Supports. Add weighting and due date. Note: If your manager has not included organizatioanal goals at this time, be sure to have a discussion to ensure alignment. 7 6 Clickon the box in the right upper corner to save. ClickSubmit after you enter all of your key goals and responsibilities to submit to your manager. 6 7

For detailed information visit: www.ActavisPMP.com 1 Login to Workday and do the following: 2 1 Click on the Performance icon. 3 2 Click Goals. F Focus on priorities (What matters to you and the organization to reach your goals?) IImplement something everyday (Development goals and priorities need to be translated into daily action to make change a reality.) RReflect on what happens (What went well or awry? What can you do differently?) S Seek feedback & support (How are you doing? Gather relevant information about your progress.) T Transfer to next steps (What else can you do to solidify your learning or keep moving forward?) Add development items under the tab Development Items. 3 Click on the plus sign to record details of your development items. Use the ‘First’ model to assist. 4 4 6 7 Under Development Item add a title. Add a description under Additional Information. Then click Done. 5 Click on Relates To, to align your development items with OWW. Click on All Competencies to see OWW key actions. Adjust the status in the field Status. 6 5 Clickon the box in the right upper corner to save. Repeat steps 4 through 8 as necessary. 7
