  1. Tips for Toning Your Tummy Are you wishing you could discover a proven way to flatten your tummy, burn off your belly fat and tone your abs? Here are some simple Tips to tone up that tummy. 1. The first thing that you will want to do is be sure that you are either jogging or walking for at least thirty minutes three times each week. This will help you to boost metabolism and in turn will help you with burning your tummy fat. 2. The next thing that you will want to do is be sure that you are eating a minimum of six almonds each morning. Almonds are good for the protein that is good for helping you with burning fat. This is also a healthy snack. 3. The third thing that you will want to do is find an exercise routine or video that you can do three times each week. You will want to find one that will help you with the toning of your whole body.

  2. 4. The fourth tip would be adding a bit of fiber to your diet. You will also want to reduce the amount of bad carbs that you are eating. You will want to stay away or severely limit your intake of pasta, potatoes, white bread, as well as white rice. You can eat rice that is brown, and breads that are whole wheat instead. To get the fiber that was talked about you should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. 5. You will also want to be sure that you don’t drink whole milk - instead, stick with skim milk. You need to eat as little dairy as possible because of the fact that dairy will cause gas and bloating.

The next thing that you need to do is be sure that you are drinking enough water. You need to be sure that you drink minimum 8 glasses of water each day. This will help with digestion as well as curbing your appetite. 8. The eighth tip is to be sure that you don’t eat after three hours before you are going to go to sleep. If you do feel the need to eat then you should eat something small and try to stick with a fruit or vegetable. 9. You need to also be sure that you are eating smaller meals. However, this being said you will need to eat more often. You will want to eat 6 or 8 small meals each day. This will boost your metabolism. 10. And finally, be sure that you are eating healthy but still treat yourself every now and again. This will help you from going back to the old eating habits that you had before.
