  3. 認識家庭暴力及性侵害防治服務網絡 • 家庭暴力及性侵害防治工作是以受害人為中心的服務，牽涉人身安全、社會福利、教育宣導、法律權益、就醫就學就業等一連串服務，需要政府及民間各相關單位群策群力，所有力量輻射匯聚於家庭暴力及性侵害防治中心，結合司法、警政、衛政、教育、社政、移民等單位及相關民間團體，架構成綿密細緻的防治服務網路，達成保護被害人權益，消弭暴力與犯罪之成效。
