  5. Focused on Strong Copper Market Fundamentals • Copper is Essential to Electric Vehicle Technology Copper is used throughout electric vehicles, charging stations and supporting infrastructure because of the metal’s durability, high conductivity and efficiency. • The growing number of electric vehicles hitting roads is set to fuel a nine-fold increase in copper demand from the sector over the coming decade, according to an industry report commissioned by the International Copper Association (ICA). • Electric vehicles use a substantial amount of copper in their batteries and in the windings and copper rotors used in electric motors. A single car can have up to six kilometers of copper wiring, according to the ICA. • Normal Engine - 50lb Cu • Hybrid Engine - 120lk Cu • Electric Engine 180lb Cu • That suggests electric vehicles could account for about 6 percent of global copper demand in ten years, according to analyst estimates, rising from less than 1 percent this today. • The increase in the electric vehicles market will significantly impact copper. The demand for copper due to electric vehicles is expected to increase by 1,700 kilotons by 2027.

  6. EV only part of the Copper story • DEMAND SIDE • Additional new demand from grid upgrades, charging infrastructure, energy storage and green energy infrastructure • A single Windfarm can contain up to 15 million lbs of copper. • SUPPLY SIDE DYNAMICS • Few New production Projects - Years of low copper prices and under-investment in exploration. • 2017 saw first decline in copper output in 15 years • Copper grades globally are declining, having fallen 30% since 2000. • Large % of Cu Supply comes from high-risk jurisdictions (Congo/ Indonesia. • Worlds largest Cu Producer (Chile) prone to regular strikes

  7. Nevada – Jurisdictional Advantage $5M invested to date. • Exploration & mining friendly state “World Top 3” Mining Jurisdiction - Fraser Institute. • 10 Miles from city of Yerington – superb infrastructure, skilled workforce. • The Anaconda mine operated for 25 years and produced approximately 360 million tons of material. • In 2017 Nevada produced 66,224 tones copper

  8. Yerington Copper Porphyry District • Yerington copper porphyry district located in the Walker Lane mineralized belt in Nevada. • The Yerington district, hosts at least four porphyry copper deposits and several small Fe oxide-copper-gold lodes • Altan Nevada’s Venus project is approximately six miles east-south-east of the Yerington township, and easily accessible by both paved and dirt roads • Pumpkin Hollow Copper Mine immediately to the north and less than one mile from the tenement boundary under construction Altan Nevada

  9. Pumpkin Hollow – < 1 mile from Altan Nevada. • Pumpkin Hollow is fully permitted encompassing both underground and open cut mines. • Expected to produce an average 50 million pounds of copper annually over 23 years commencing mid-2019 • The only major fully-permitted copper project of scale in the United States • Pumpkin Hollow also has substantial reserves and resources of gold, silver and iron • 100%-owned by the TSX-listed Nevada Copper Corp. (TSX:NCU)

  11. Venus - Summary • Evidence at surface of anomalous copper, silver and gold leakage along structures suggests that geological targets exist similar to the known mineralization at Pumpkin Hollow. A dyke with copper (0.86%) and gold (6.04 g/t), supports potential for the occurrence of high grade copper-precious metals veins • Approximately 2500m of drilling has been proposed. Targets range in depth from 100m to 250m below surface. The 2018 3DIP/ resistivity survey has successfully mapped down to 500m. • Plenty of room for a decent size blind deposit on the Venus tenement. Porphyries tend to cluster and the Pumpkin Hollow deposits form a SE strike into this ground. 3D IP chargeability zones shown in red with proposed drill targets over gravity data

  14. Venus –3D IP and Magnetics • 3D IP chargeability zones shown in red and magnetic susceptibility shown in blue with proposed drill targets Pumpkin Hollow deposits are high grade chalcopyrite-magnetite skarn The 3D IP and magnetics has directly identified zones which are interpreted to be associated with chalcopyrite/ magnetite • Altan Nevada conducted ground geophysical surveys including gravity, magnetics and 3DIP/resistivity the Venus project. The 2018 3DIP/ resistivity survey has successfully mapped down to 500m. • The 3DIP has identified several chargeable zones which could be attributed to sulphide mineralisation. Some of the chargeable zones have coincident magnetic (magnetite) and geochemical responses (Cu, Au and Ag) and are considered high priority drill targets

  15. Current Activities/Expenditure • 3D IP/ resistivity survey commissioned in November to refine drill targets • Results were processed, interpreted and ranked along with existing exploration data to prioritize (6) high priority drill targets. • Each target has been allocated ~400m (total 2400m). The drilling cost has been estimated at $240,000 (@$100/m). • Total Costs inclusive of assays and support to end of drill program ~$330,000 • Private Placement to fund drill program completed March 2019, Over subscribed ~ $CAD$ 1.13M • Evaluation of Altan Nevada’s regional projects now underway along with assessment of other Nevada focused projects. • First pass Drilling expected to be completed within 4 months.

  16. Nevada Projects – Substantial Opportunity • Venus – Yerington District Cu • First Priority targets • 8.8 km2 (2,165 acres) • On tenement boundary of Pumpkin Hollow Copper Gold Mine • Black Top – Round Mountain-type • Epithermal Au • Second target area • 8.3 km2 (2,047 acres) • Yellow Cone – Walker Lane Au-Cu-Ag • ~41 km2 (10,000 acres) • Marble Station – Yerington District Au-Cu • 4.2 km2 (1,032 acres) • Altan Nevada’s Technical team has significant local experience and has identified high value targets to add to the companies existing assets
