Urban Renewal Team + • Opportunity to realise positive urban regeneration outcomes outside of our traditional core business. • Establishment of a dedicated internal Urban Renewal Team • Specialists in planning, architecture and capital transactions to focus on these opportunities and deliver high quality results. • The responsibilities of the Urban Renewal Team include the following: • Strategic assessment of assets to identify opportunities • Feasibility analysis • Masterplanning • Managment of external consultant teams • Liaison with relevant external stakeholders including Councils and Governments • Determination of most appropriate realisation strategy.

Urban Renewal Sites • Goodman has currently 10 sites earmarked for redevelopment to residential nationally • There is a potential pipeline of 17,000 apartments over a 25 year development pipeline on 100ha of land • Mascot NSW is furthest progressed with Goodman in active discussions with local authority regarding apartment size and mix.
