Our Goals For You(Pupil/Chambering Student) • To have the experience and exposure of a 1st year lawyer • Able to complete the Chambering Students Module successfully • Ability to deal with clients independently with minimum supervision • Able to achieve and be given the responsibility of having a billing and collection target per 10 week cycle

Our Goals For You(Senior Associate 2) • Able to undertake 100% of all solicitors work independently • Garner a reputation in the areas of specialisation • Participating in the decision making of the firms policies and administration • Able to achieve billing and collection target per 10 week cycle

  7. Our Goals For You(Associate 2) • Ability to handle trials in Sessions Court • Able to undertake 40% of all solicitors work independently • Indentify two (2) areas of specialisation and have a good working knowledge of those areas • Able to achieve billing and collection target per 10 week cycle

  8. Our Goals For You(Associate 3) • Ability to handle trials in High Court • Able to undertake 60% of all solicitors work independently • Indentify three (3) areas of specialisation and have a good working knowledge of those areas • Able to achieve collection target per 10 week cycle
