  2. Organizational Behavior Course Objectives • This is a survey course that introduces student to principles and theories that affect management and behavior in today’s organizations. The majorobjectives for this course are as follows: • To define the basic concepts of organizational behavior and organizational development. • To discuss group behavior and the various roles that may be taken by group members. • To allow you to become aware of and appreciate how vision and missionaffects both motivation and productivity in an organization. • To discuss how basic management, leadership, and motivationtheories that affect organizational behavior. • To allow you to discover more about yourself and discuss the diversity of values that exist in today’s organizations and explain how they affect productivity. • To discuss components of change and stages of careerdevelopment.

Team Project - applying the Diagnostic Model - Written Report (25% - Group Grade) - Oral Presentation (10% Individual Grade) - Self Evaluation (10% Individual Grade) 3. Exams - eachworth20% of final grade` (40% Individual Grade) Midterm/Final - multiple choice/ short essay 4. Class Participation – timely and full attendance - worth 10% of final grade (10% Individual Grade) 5. Final Grades (100% Individual Grade)
