Great News! - Increases for most plans and coverage levels have been kept relatively flat! • Modest changes to your Medical plan • NEW Vision Carrier: Vision Service Plan “VSP” • Replaces Blue View Vision • VSP also available on a Voluntary basis • Increased Firm HSA Contributions – Dep Coverage! • Contribution Schedule – 4 Tiers based on annual base compensation

HSA/ MFSA – Which Works with My Plan? • Tax free payments for qualified healthcare expenses such as: • Deductible, • Coinsurance, • Prescription drugs • Dental expenses • Prescription eye glasses or contacts • Health Savings Plan (HSA) - Paired with High Deductible Plan; • Available to Employees and Partners/Principals • Medical FSA - EPO, PPO or Waive Out; Employees only • Both can be funded with TAX-Free deductions • Unlike FSAs, unused funds in an HSA roll over year to year • Goodbye to “Use it or Lose it” rules
