  2. 近年嚴重的錯誤標示 • 三聚氰胺 (Melamine) • 塑化劑 (DEHP)

  3. 三聚氰胺 • 使用中國三鹿集團奶粉的嬰兒被發現患有腎結石。 • 奶粉中被發現化工原料三聚氰胺。 • 中國公開證實三鹿奶粉有以「維多利亞全脂奶粉」名義銷往台灣作為食品加工。 • 台灣的產品使用中國產製的奶精、起司粉等，驗出微量三聚氰胺。 • 全面禁止中國製奶粉、乳製品與植物性蛋白產品進口，直到取得安全證明。

  5. 塑化劑 • 偽劣減肥藥專案：檢驗益生菌粉末的減肥藥。 • 驚見塑化劑，why? • 包材?No… • 存在於濃糖果漿、果汁粉…等!共通配方是起雲劑!! • 來自昱伸香料公司，這是塑化劑而非號稱的起雲劑。 • 受害的食品：運動飲料、果汁、茶、果凍、膠囊、粉末。

  6. 塑化劑 • 塑化劑：材料添加劑，塑膠、混凝土、乾壁材料等等。 • 起雲劑：食品添加劑，可增加飲料中的白霧感及濃稠感。

  7. 食品藥物管理局（TFDA） • 行政院衛生署於三聚氰胺事件後成立。 • 幫助國人在食品、藥品及醫療器材之使用上提供更多保障。 • 專業諮詢。
